Do you want to make a bird feeder?
You will need a milk jug, some chopsticks, string, and some markers to decorate. First, with your marker, draw a dot from top to bottom and another from left to right. Then put your chopsticks exactly as you marked them. Then add some string and decorate it, and that is how you make a Bird feeder.
Bird feeders help the environment by using plastic materials that people throw away in recycling bins and feeding animals. We conducted a biodiversity audit of our campus and found that we have very little wildlife and few ways to support them. This activity is connected to biodiversity because it helps our planet by feeding birds and repurposing plastic that people would otherwise throw away. Grace from our Green Team came to help us learn how to make them. We are going to put them around the school, and put food for the birds
