Tap the Scrap: Showcasing Creativity and Sustainability Through Upcycling
GEMS UIS Eco Club successfully organized the ‘Tap the Scrap’ intra-school competition, aimed at promoting sustainability and creative reuse of waste materials. Held for students from Grades 6-12, this event encouraged participants to craft innovative and resourceful items from discarded materials, reinforcing the idea that waste can be transformed into something valuable.
