Sustainability Tent at BIS

Students from Year 4 at Belvedere International School actively participated in Enterprise Day by promoting sustainability through a dedicated Sustainability Tent. They sold peat pellets to encourage planting and environmental responsibility. Students creatively reused waste paper to produce paper pulp art and handmade containers, demonstrating how discarded materials can be transformed into useful products.

Plastic bottles were repurposed into plant pots, while pencil holders and coin boxes were carefully designed using recyclable and waste materials. This initiative not only enhanced students’ creativity and entrepreneurial skills but also strengthened their understanding of recycling, resource conservation and the importance of sustainable living.
