ONE DAY WITH BHAVANS RAJAJI VIDYASHRAM
9th May was a great day for Bhavanites as we have got an opportunity for an international collaboration with Bhavans Rajaji Vidyashram, Chennai regarding their ISA (International School Accredition) Programme. The highlight of the event was their interaction about PIES Go Green Campus. It was all about various activities done by students of PIES to render “Go Green Programme” in the campus.
Master Aswin Saidhar and Aishwarya were accompanied by their teacher Mrs. Padmini . They had a good interactive session with PIES ‘Green Warriors’. They explained well about how Bhavanites celebrate nature by collecting plants from students on their birthday.
Aswin was eager to know about the adverse climate and the survival of plants in UAE. Our students response to all his queries was amazing. They explained about the collection of soil, seeds, saplings watering etc. for gardening. They were very enthusiastic to share about the launching of Bhavan’s Organic Garden on 5th June 2016.
This kind of synergy always enhances a better opportunity for students to swap their ideas and thoughts.
