The annual One Young World Summit convenes the brightest young talent from every country and sector, working to accelerate social impact. Delegates from 190+ countries are counselled by influential political, business and humanitarian leaders such as Justin Trudeau, Paul Polman and Meghan Markle, amongst many other global figures. The One Young World Summit 2019 took place in London this October.
Not only did Dr Jane give an inspirational, standing ovation Key Note talk to over 2000 delegates, but our Executive Director, Tara Golshan had a full house for her workshop!
The beautiful Doutzen Kroes, who introduced Dr Jane’s key note said: “Even though I was very nervous, introducing my childhood hero conservationist and ecologist doctor Jane Goodall at the One Young World Summit in London, it was one of the highlights of my career. With her work raising money and awareness for a better planet for all living creatures, she is a huge inspiration for the work I do with ‘Knot On My Planet.’ Her powerful message of hope for the future is a very important one.”
