Connecting to the polar worlds to gain insight into sustainable living

We were lucky to meet Arctic explorer Linda Cruse, Founder of Race for Good…  inviting youth to take ACTION towards sustainable living.

She gave a task to groups of students of what action they would take to promote sustainable development  in a remote Arctic region if they had just 700 dirhams with them.. From her life’s example of living just on essentials she encouraged youth to adopt sustainable living in order to support underprivileged people around the world, especially the remote polar regions with harsh environmental conditions posing a hazardous challenge to day to day life. Students gained a lot of insight from interacting with her.
