The Ramadan charity workshop was hosted by Ms. Reham. We listened to her explaining details about Ramadan. There was an activity given by her explaining about the moon phases using Oreo biscuits. She made presentation about the history of Ramadan, Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) sunnahs, Taraweeh prayer and about Suhoor. Then she taught us the importance of giving charity. Next, we made “ Ramadan Kareem” designs for sticking on the Charity boxes filled with basic grocery which was later distributed among labourers living in Mussafah. It was a great experience for all of us.
We hope that we were able to bring smiles to their faces with our act of kindness and care.
