After successfully conducting the first Virtual Session Eco Club,Global Indian International School Abu Dhabi had successfully conducted a second session on 5 June 2020 which was also the World Environment Day. The members first watched a 40 minute documentary – Our Planet : Our Business where they understood the importance of biodiversity and its effect on human life. Members also participated in a paper bag making competition where they had to build a paper bag that could hold the most weight at the same time being economical. The members enjoyed the activity and participated with great enthusiasm. Even the Eco club definition which was combined using all our members’ opinions was announced. Overall it was a wonderful experience and more virtual sessions will be coming soon.
