The Marathon for Fitness of Grade 5 students was held on 13th December 2024. The event, aimed at promoting health and well-being in line with Sustainable Development Goal 3, encouraged students to engage in physical activity to build endurance, strength, and overall fitness.
The students enthusiastically participated in the 2 km marathon, where they jogged, ran, or walked at their own pace under the slogan ‘Endurance For Strength and Wellbeing.’
It was a memorable experience that instilled the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle and adopting good nutrition and fitness habits for a better future. With the success of the Marathon for fitness and the ongoing efforts of the ERGA initiative, the school continues to empower students to prioritize their Health and Well-being, Physical Fitness, Time Management, Healthy Lifestyle Choices, Teamwork, Goal Setting and Resilience.
