Roots & Shoots Award 2023
The Private International English School was honored to be invited as a special guest to the Roots & Shoots award ceremony which was held on 26th January 2023 at DPW pavilion expo Dubai. Ms. Pushpa Joyce, teacher of science, Master Mohammed Faiz of grade 6E and Master Praketh Kothapalli of grade 7D attended the award ceremony.
We arrived on time and witnessed the project presentations of various schools. Dr.Jane Goodall, Primatologist and Anthropologist, founder of Jane Goodall Institute and the Roots & shoots programme addressed the student community and delivered an inspiring speech on the animal welfare. We felt so honored to meet her in person. Jane Goodall presented awards to all the award-winning schools. It was a memorable moment.
