Garden Based Learning

Garden Based Learning is a set of programs, projects and activities where garden is the center of integrated learning. At QAS we use this garden to learn about ecosystem, the role of pollinators, the importance of eating good food, adaptation in plants, organic agriculture and various other things. We also have a farm to table program where the vegetables from the garden are supplied to the school cafeteria. Our Garden Based Learning was selected as one of the best education innovations in Qatar at Qatar Spotlight.
