For Our Emirates We Plant - EEG Award

At Mayoor School, we prioritize sustainability programs by integrating them into our curriculum. Our ongoing paper collection campaigns actively encourage students and staff to contribute by recycling used paper and books. Through these efforts, the school has successfully collected over 2,500 kilograms of paper.

This significant contribution has earned us a prestigious award from the EEG (Emirates Environment Group) As part of the award, we were granted the opportunity to plant three saplings at the Special Bee Reserve - Al Minae, located south of Ras Al Khaimah. Four of our students, accompanied by their teachers, participated in this rewarding event.

Furthermore, Advika Shalini Vijay from Grade 10 was personally recognized for her outstanding contribution to the paper collection drive and received her own sapling to nurture. We extend our sincere gratitude to all parents and staff for their unwavering support in making these environmental initiatives a success.
