GEMS UIS students once again experienced the thrill of planting Sidr tree saplings for the nation under EEG’s project One Root, One Communi-Tree (OROC).This valuable opportunity was secured by recycling 6500 kgs of waste papers and aluminium cans. Tree planting was an incredible way for youngsters to connect with nature and contributed significantly to the betterment of our environment. Our students championed tree planting, learning and discussing issues on environmental protection, on Thursday 19th of December ‘19 at Sidr nature reserve, Al Minae – South of Ras Al Khaimah.
