The Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority had organized an awareness program for GUIS students about the importance of agriculture, how it would benefit the environment and society. In spite of extreme desert heat, eco champs enjoyed planting the ‘Tree of Tolerance’, neem trees and other fruit trees in the ADFCA farm on 17th June as a part of their contribution towards desertification awareness. Engineers and volunteers of this program explained why Ghaf trees are the best choice for the ‘Tree of Tolerance’.
