Donate Your Own Device – Pristine Community comes together to donate digital devices to Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives

Pristine Private School Achieves DYOD Campaign Target: A Community United for Digital Education.

Pristine Private School proudly reflects on the success of the “Donate Your Own Device” (DYOD) campaign, launched last year in collaboration with The Digital School and the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives. This campaign, driven by a mission to bring digital education to underserved children worldwide, has met its ambitious target, thanks to the unwavering support of our school community.

In today’s digital age, access to technology is vital for quality education. Understanding this, our school community rallied together to donate gently used electronic devices—laptops, tablets, and smartphones—that were refurbished and distributed to children in need. These contributions have directly empowered countless young learners, bridged the digital divide and advanced our shared goal of achieving Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education for All.

Beyond the donations, the campaign also sparked widespread awareness and a shared sense of purpose, as students, parents, and staff spread the word, amplifying the campaign’s impact.

We are immensely proud of the collective effort that made this campaign a success. Our school will remain committed to fostering a more inclusive and equitable world, one device at a time.
