United Nations Sustainable Development Goal No.12 calls on the importance of Sustainable Consumption and production. As a part EEG organized can collection drive across the emirates to reduce the volume of cans for landfills and to create an awareness to tackle pollution and to promote recycling practices. GEMS United Indian School once again held their hands together for volunteering the drive at American International School of Abu Dhabi on 26th October and deposited their collection towards a cleaner Greener UAE. EEG managed to collect from different schools and organizations 5,432 Kgs of Aluminium Cans and mitigating 4,933 Metric Tons of Carbon Dioxide all over UAE. Happy to be a part of this great drive!!!
