I must admit, being a strong advocate of the natural world, which would make complete sense given the field I work in, I am starting to see some of the benefits of technology. This medium, for example, is a fast and effective way to share our inspirational projects with you and further inspire your interaction and involvement. On that note, I am very excited to welcome Reham Zia, who has just joined us as our new Schools Liaison and Outreach officer.
In the next few months, we will be focusing on a key element of our program, that of animals. There are so many great environmental and humanitarian initiatives out there that sometimes these amazing creatures that share our planet get overlooked, forgotten or, worse still, threatened by the illegal wildlife trades, increased population growth and deforestation.
In the newsletter you can learn more about how you can get involved in protecting some of these amazing animals and their diverse habitats that currently inhabit the UAE. This care and protection also extends to our household pets as well.
