Objective

To educate students about the importance of upcycling and recycling old school desk tops into Placards having Green Theme. This is  to promote sustainability and environmental responsibility. These placards were hanged on the Trees.

Outcomes

1. Understand the concept of upcycling and recycling and how it contributes to reducing waste.
2. Analyze the environmental impact of discarded school furniture and the benefits of reusing materials.
3. Design creative and functional products or refurbishments using old desk tops.

Students came forward with the The Green Theme. The initiative focused on environmental sustainability, conservation, and eco-friendly living. It promoted awareness and actions aimed at reducing the human impact on the environment and encouraged the adoption of sustainable habits, technologies, and policies.
